John has been at the helm of JV Gill Contractors since 2004, steering it to success through his expertise in Business Management and Marketing as well as a retired McDonald’s Owner/Operator. Known for his unwavering integrity and commitment to quality, John has driven his company’s growth through a steadfast commitment to elevating and empowering talented people and leading with a values-driven mission. His leadership extends beyond the business realm; he is a pillar of the community, dedicated to making a positive impact through active involvement in local initiatives and charitable endeavors.
Richard Gill
Certifications: Master Electrician, Master Gas Fitter, Master Mechanical Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning
Bringing nearly 38 years of dedicated refrigeration and HVAC experience to JV Gill Contractors as Director of Operations, Richard has a proven track record in operations management and team building. As a former instructor of mechanical and electrical courses, he is known for his understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Once a managing member of an 8A certified company, Richard has a successful record of collaborating with and influencing engineers, senior management, peers, and subordinates. Richard blends strategic vision with hands-on management, ensuring that our operations not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Nancy Sheheen
Nancy has amassed 7 years of dedicated service as a Contract Administrator with JV Gill Contractors. She plays a central role in managing work primarily at government facilities, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth operations within the organization. Her expertise lies in negotiating terms, reviewing agreements, and maintaining meticulous records to uphold the company’s standards and legal obligations.
